I got email back that Paul Cohen would contact me as soon as possible. I went for an test drive on my lunch hour and I was approve within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service (Paul Cohen). I would recommend Fitzgerald Toyota if you want to buy a car. I love my 2015 Chevy Cruze!!!

Great staff and very knowledgeable on their products. I was interested in the new Camry and they had a great selection. However, the dealer did not the V6 Camry, but they will contact me once they receive it.

Customer service was outstanding. Sales person first it was Emmanuel during our initial visit, then Eva during our final visit. They both made sure we were comfortable by offering us tea, coffee, water etc. They were very patient with us even when it took us a few minutes to make decisions. The manager , Johnny made several phone calls to the bank to accommodate our needs. When the deal was finally sealed, the finance manager, Isaac walked us diligently through the warranty process and processed our paper work with a lot of professionalism answering every question we had. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
